1. Services and Account Registration
Velvia Ops provides an online SaaS platform allowing businesses to build, train, customize, and embed autonomous AI chatbots. To access our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials.
2. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or to:
- Upload or transmit materials containing viruses, worms, malware, or destructive code.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or steal source code from our dashboard or widget script.
- Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your association with any entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the servers, networks, or infrastructure hosting the platform.
3. In-Chat Booking & Slot Integrity
The calendar integration service syncs with your Google or Outlook calendar to present real-time slots. Velvia Ops is not responsible for any scheduling conflicts, missed appointments, or system failures on the side of third-party calendar providers.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CHATBOT RESPONSES (WHICH ARE GENERATED DYNAMICALLY BY LARGE LANGUAGE MODELS VIA OPENROUTER) WILL ALWAYS BE CORRECT, HONEST, OR SAFE.
5. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL VELVIA OPS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
6. Subscription Billing and Termination
Subscription rates are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
